PRICING

All pricing on our website is for BLANK (undecorated) merchandise only. We do offer imprinting service for an additional charge (please call to inquire)

All prices are FOB Los Angeles or Phoenix, AZ


ORDER PROCESS

Orders can be placed by email, fax, or direct with your KLR DIRECT sales representative.

For larger orders with more time available, our customer service department will work with you to purchase direct overseas at significant savings.


PAYMENT

First-time orders require a pre-payment upon receipt of KLR DIRECT invoice.  Once your account has been established we accept payment via check, ACH, or Paypal.


MOQ (Minimum Order Quantities)

MOQ on any item is 1 carton.


SHIPPING

Unless specified in advance by customer, KLR DIRECT will ship orders with their choice of freight service.

Title of goods passes to the customer at time of shipping. We are not responsible for delays or damages in route.

Shipping time is 1-2 business days for un-imprinted merchandise and 3-5 business days for imprinted merchandise, after final approval of proof. Please call us directly for any special requests.


RETURNS

Blank merchandise can be returned along with a 10% re-stocking fee, subject to inspection and approval. Returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging.
